COCOF-approved medical transport service — no. 30.01.15
Ecovita is approved by the French Community Commission as a medical transport service. The approval covers the activity, vehicles and conditions in which patients are transported.
The transport mode—VSL, wheelchair vehicle or ambulance—is selected according to the mobility, position and needs stated when booking.
Partenamut contracted provider
Ecovita is contracted with Partenamut. An intervention from other mutualities may also be possible depending on your affiliation, coverage and reason for transport.
Rules may differ for an appointment, hospital admission, dialysis or oncology treatment. Always confirm the conditions directly with your mutuality.
Before the first journey
- Ask your mutuality which journeys and documents are covered.
- Provide Ecovita with the addresses, schedule and mobility needs.
- Keep the documents and evidence requested by your mutuality.

The VSL price schedule, surcharges, cancellation conditions and free companion policy are published on our Rates page.
Ambulance transport and particular situations are quoted individually. Reimbursement is not automatic and depends on your mutuality’s decision.
